1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from NicotineUS. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service to anyone who does not meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Products
All products sold on NicotineUS are authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to packaging updates by the manufacturer.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Ziina, a trusted UAE-based payment provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and other major payment methods supported by Ziina.
4. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed for shipping. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at info@nicotineus.com. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of nicotine products, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Limitation of Liability
NicotineUS is not responsible for any health effects resulting from the use of nicotine products. Nicotine is an addictive substance, and our products are intended for use by adults who currently consume nicotine. Use all products at your own risk and in accordance with local regulations.
