Delivery Areas
NicotineUS delivers across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. All orders are dispatched from our UAE warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days across the UAE
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Same-Day Delivery (Dubai & Abu Dhabi): Available for orders placed before 2 PM GST
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AED 150. Orders under this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with tracking details. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@nicotineus.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
